      Bequests

Joe and Anna are faithful supporters of Young America's Foundation and the Reagan Ranch. They believe it is important to pass on their ideas to America's future leaders.

Joe: When Young America's Foundation saved Ronald Reagan's Ranch in 1998, we were among the thousands of Americans who stepped up to help.  Now, we continue to make gifts to provide for the maintenance of the Ranch and pass on Reagan's ideas.  We love that a new generation of young people has the opportunity to learn about Reagan and be inspired by his ideas.

Anna: We wanted to do more than just make gifts.  We wanted to leave a legacy and pass on our ideas.  Joe and I have been careful over the years and have accumulated some resources.

Joe: We can't afford to give it all away now, but by making a bequest in our will, we can plan ahead for ourselves and make a life-changing gift to Young America's Foundation.  Our attorney used the simple language available from Young America's Foundation.  It was easy and, if our circumstances change, it's revocable.  That puts our minds at ease.

Anna: It will be the largest gift we have ever made to Young America's Foundation. We think it is a fitting expression of our life, our values, and our legacy.

You also may want to make it easy and convenient to have a bequest included in your will. The language below shows how a bequest can very easily be included in your will.

You might find it helpful to select the "print" button on the top of your screen and print this page. You may feel free to give this page to your attorney. If he or she has any questions, please have them contact Kimberly Martin Begg at phone number 703-318-9608 or e-mail me at kbegg@yaf.org.

Please note: The name and image above is representative of a typical donor and may or may not be an actual donor to our organization. Since the charitable purpose of your bequest may be different from this person, you may want to contact us to discuss a bequest.
